Service Description

Virus/malware/spyware removal or Software installation. Software cost is not included in the service. Support for only genuine license software. Due to a virus/malware/spyware attack in the system being already present, the system may malfunction and may not be in the same condition/stage while returning. We advise customers to copy all the necessary files/data from the computer in an external drive/different hard drive source/system for safety before booking this service. We do not guarantee that Your Files will not be subject to misappropriation, loss or damage and we will not be liable if they are. You’re responsible for maintaining appropriate security, protection and backup of Your Files. License software such as anti-virus, etc will be charged extra. In case of an OS crash or malfunction, reinstallation of the OS and the rest software will be charged additionally.
